Since you don't yet have a move planned, you could start the tank and keep it simple as far as stocking goes. Then again, there's nothing wrong with waiting. It's not like the tank or overflow will spoil

my preference would be to run my tank drilled with built in overflows but I setup my aio long before I decided to add a sump and didn't even consider it. When it can time to plumb my sump, tearing down to drill just wasn't an option so I'm stuck with the dreaded HOB overflow.

I always test before my water change, water change, then dose. I tend to back off a little, knowing that the water change is going to bring things up a little and I don't want big movements. I test daily and dose small amounts often so water change Sunday is just another day the week that still...

How many attendees would you expect to get to an event like this? I'm fairly new to BAR and have no idea if I can even accommodate but I'd really like to meet everyone and am happy to open my home for a bbq & frag swap if it's feasible.
