As the title suggests, my 12 inch maxima clam keeps expelling a white milky substance. It's been going on for about 45 minutes now. I'm assuming it is reproduction?? Is the clam sick?? Any ideas when it will stop? Thanks!

I added RO/DI to my Soda Ash in a plastic jug and a bunch of it clumped up on the bottom. I shook the heck outta the jug, but there are still clumps on the bottom. Is there anyway to get this unclumped or am I going to have to toss this stuff and use warm RO/DI water next time?
