That one of my 3 first saltwater fish introduced ich to my DT already lol?!

Is anyone that unlucky?

Hopefully I'm tripping. All 3 fish are eating wonderfully, very active, and don't show any listless behavior or scratching. However, I am noticing spots, only on the fins at this point of primarily one fish, a Jennifer basslet. The tank is young is why I suspect ich. I've been keeping fw fish and have not seen ich in probably 12 years.

I guess going fallow is not the end of the world since corals and inverts can remain. If I'm able to get pics of what I'm talking about I will post.

Did you QT them before you added them to your system?
Ich is not lethal. As long as the fish are eating, you can fix the problem.

no I didn't qt. I know, shame shame....

I always qt anything going into an established tank, but didn't really worry about it as they were the first residents in the tank.
