Distance from jug to dosing pump

I got my Bubble Magus dosing pump from Joe and Karson yesterday. :bigsmile: w00t! I plan on hooking it up this weekend. Do the jugs need to be close to the pump? Is 2 ft too far away?

I have limited space in my stand so I'm thinking about putting the jugs outside and the pump inside the stand and have it drip into the sump.

2 feet should be no problem, heck, mine(not what you have) can pull lake 30-40 feet of tubing
