Do you QT fish from established tank?

Yes, if you want to be absolutely sure the fish is clean and healthy. Why risk all the hard work you put into making the sure the fish that are already in the DT were clean and healthy. All it takes is 1 sick fish.

Definitely QT.
They need to get used to new water and rest after the move.
Stress of moving can make a seemingly healthy fish suddenly break out with ich or other symptoms.

Every single fish I get even if I were to catch it directly from the ocean, would go through tank transfers + 1 round of prazipro.

That's just my quarantine method.

Some people get really into it though.

Some people do 2 week tank transfers, 4 weeks of quarantine, etc. Some people even quarantine corals. snails, and hermits for 30 days.

I will be the exception to the rule. Some tanks I know very well and if I feel comfortable I will let them go directly to the main tank. Now that list is very low but I know some people who take exceptionally good care of their fish

I've never quarantined anything. My family is too impatient. When we pick out a fish at the store we want to see it in the tank.
