falkor , one of the most advanced marine research ship is docked in sf and they have free tours in exploratorium today , 10-4. This is a once in a life time opportunity, so if you are free , consider paying a visit . I’m on my way, will share some pics shortly

Arrrrrrgh. I don't know how I missed that was coming, but it interests me in multiple ways and I would totally have gone. Looking forward to your pics and what you thought of it! Have fun at Exploratorium - if it's your first time, for saltwater fun check out urchin spawn and outdoor exhibits. They're also getting ready to host presentations about the century-old Embarcadero seawall and might have some info out - could be interesting.
