Fish with pinched stomachs

I could use some advice.
My Foxface and Striped Cardinal are both showing a pinched belly.
I upped feeding a week ago, but no real change.

The Foxface might be improving a bit, but the Cardinal seems to be getting worse. Scary thin.

They are both eating fine and swimming as normal.
No sign of fighting or stress.
No new fish in a long time.
I feed a wide combination of good frozen, dry flake, and some seaweed.

I was suspecting worms, but no other fish seem sick, and no signs of stringy poo.

Any thoughts?

If worms, best advice on how to treat it?
Best medication? Any good pre-medicated food?
Hopefully done in main reef tank.

I cannot QT, due to trips out of town for holidays.
Dosing DT with PraziPro just seems like too big of a risk. Thoughts?
But looks like some Praziquantel based foods will be reef safe "enough."

+1 on PraziPro, it's pretty safe and effective. I've had people dose DT reef tanks with PraziPro without issues as long as you don't overdose.

Good to hear. I have been reading up on it more, and seeing the same thing.
Kills worms and feather dusters. But that is OK for me.

Thanks for the help. Hope it works.

Update:
I dosed with PraziPro.
Took about 1/3 cup. (A lot, but triple checked the recommended dosage)

I noticed some white strings coming out of the foxface - hopefully dead worms!!!
:D

My mushrooms are not that happy though. Most are pretty shriveled up.

Nothing else seems affected.

UPDATE:
The PraziPro seemed to have worked.
About 3 weeks now. The two sickly fish are looking quite a bit better and gaining weight.
Nothing obvious died. No issues with coral or cleaner shrimp.
Interestingly, my Sailfin is getting noticeably fatter as well, and I thought it was fine.

HOWEVER:
My skimmer was rendered useless for about 2 weeks. Went crazy.
Not a big deal for me, due to my scrubber-filtration, but could be a problem for more
typical setups, so be warned.
