Going to order large clean up crew

Where do you rec. me ordering a large order of red/blue leg hermits and maybe a few snails....... going into a 240 gallon tank, LMK also FYI its going to be bare bottom

Hermit crabs doesn't sound right for a bare bottom tank unless there is lot of rockwork. Gastropods and maybe an urchin?

Heh I was thinking the same thing. I do not employee many hermits, they wreck havoc on frag tanks and do not help much at all. Snails on the other hand, banded trocjus that is, are the bomb!!!

Just what do you think they will do that a couple fish won't do?

IMO BB tanks need very little in regards to CuC, if you need a bunch of snails and crabs, you're not running the system properly.
