Happy Turkey Day!

My Thanksgiving dinner was a 1.5" thick 8" round tuna steak at the Queens restaurant (The Black Pearl). Very probably the finest cooked tuna I've ever eaten. Of course here in Tonga it was just another night but I was thankful to be here anyway!
