ID on this sponge or ?

Sorry for the bad pic. It has white polyps, some are retracted cause a crab walked over him but they cover it completely.

That's a chili coral (assuming that you're not referring to the cloves to the left of it), which is a NPS. Requires a substantial amount of feeding to keep long term.
 
Thanks for the reply. I noticed the polyps come out more after lights turn off. Should I feed then?

The polyps will get accustomed to whenever you feed it. I would start the process soon if the polyps are consistently out. The polyps will stay hidden more often if you don't feed it consistently.
