Looking for summer volunteer opportunity in marine science for a high schooler

The kiddo started to take interest in the reef tank. I figure why not look for volunteer opportunity in that space.

Anyone know or have any suggestions or leads? I know Monterey bay aquarium have a summer program for high school kids , which we will apply . Going to be a challenge for commuting but we will figure it out.

Hoping to get more ideas.

Anyone here working in this field and could use free labor in summer? Weekends on other months will work out as well. He is good at making coffee!

I believe the Steinhart aquarium has volunteer opportunities for both young and old : )

Yes, I did look into this. They have similar summer program like Monterey. Spring and fall program have min age requirements
