Hey Guys...welcome to my tank build. It's been a long overdue project so I hope to get this one up and running asap. This is going to be my primary display tank in the lobby and it will be a mix reef system with but with big emphasis on SPS. This is currently what I have planned for the system:

Tank Dimension: LeeMar 250G (60"X36"X26") Peninsula Style (Starphire Front and Sides)
Refugium/Sump: Custom 186G (60"X36"X24")
Lighting: 6X Kessil A350 Spectral Halo LED - built-in UVA, 450nm, 460nm, and Daylight die or 6X AI Super Blue
Main Pump: 2X Eheim Compact+ 5000 2640GPH total - roughly 6X turnover
Circulation Pumps: 2X MP60wES
Controller: Neptune System APEX
Skimmer: Super Reef Octopus XP8000 Internal Cone Skimmer (rated for 1000G)

So cool, I've been waiting for this to happen. I have some nice LPS donations to add to it when it's up & running. It'll be barebottom, right? or will you do a faux sand bottom?
 
Looks like fun! LMK if you want a hand with rockwork, have Emaco (and fiberglas rods and all kinds of other goodies), will travel!
