Does anyone have a PAR meter I can borrow? I have a bunch of bulbs and would like to find out for myself just how 'good' they are. Bulbs are ones that aren't included in Sanjay's lighting guide.

New bulbs? You'll need to burn them in for like 150 hours or something like that if so.

Not new ;) I've used them all here and there when trying to pick which color I liked along with which bulbs produced the least extension in BTA's... Unsophisticated way to test PAR
 
So did you log how long they were on? If not and you're below the burn in, your results will be skewed. until a bulb burns in, it produces less light and PAR.
