Eh... not a big deal IMO. People fire the appropriate paperwork, existing data on cycling through fishing spots should be a good start to an environmental survey. Fishing will continue. Either way none of the tangs mentioned are endemic to Hawaii IIRC, it just happens to be a place that is convenient to collect them.


Rene Umberger is the underwater equivalent of an eco-terrorist, she and her ilk are basically lynch mobs decided they are going to be the ones to police the oceans.

It looks like the industry as a group can do the impact report, so share the cost.
Maybe if there IS an impact report, and it shows impact is low, people will go after something that really matters.
(fertilizer runoff and so on)
