Using shelf brackets as reef light mounts?

So, I know I made a post the other day about not being able to drill into my ceiling, but would it make sense to use shelf brackets as a mount for some orpheks?

If you've used them, what kind did you use?

@Blaise006 used shelf brackets when his tank was in his garage. You can see some pics on his tank journal. He doesn't go into detail about it.

I screw two bars onto the ceiling

stud then use these hanging kits.

I did that white shelving from home Depot on my last setup. It's like the modular stuff. There's a backing strip then down legs, the angle shelf supports and the wire shelf. It was the widest they sell I think 20 in. Gave a lot of flexibility for hanging different stuff. I hung eggcrate from the back to attach equipment.

Thanks Yes. $40 40 breeders for the win. It's was a really nice setup but my tangs out grew it.

That would be sweet to drill them and connect them with 4" bulkheads on the sides
