Zoantid Pocks?

So i noticed some small white, what look like bumps on the stems on some of the pali's and some zoas in my tank. Has anybody ever heard of anything like this?

poX's are bad. And my palY's are in trouble.

Im still interested if anybody has some experience with these that they could share?!

First you might want to quarantine the infected ones in another tank away from other zoanthids.

AFAIK there are easy treatments using either hydorgen peroxide, or furan 2, to my knowledge they are pretty easy to get rid of.

I don't know the specific treatment as I'm not a Zoa/Paly guy, but I'm sure someone on the board has experience with treatment.
