Oh dear...all this time I thought I had a "real" reef tank! Is this how most reefers think that somehow tanks without sumps aren't real reefers?? - WAH!! @Coral reefer Mike, you're always honest - is my tank just pretending?! Now I'm depressed....just kidding (sorta).

Upon registration, we always have pens and name tags for folks to use!

I have had 2 JNS VS-1 Hang-on Protein Skimmers on my 120 gallon reef tank since January 2012 and haven't had a problem with them yet. I did not want to drill the glass nor have a sump. Flooding probability is low as they are designed for water to just cycle back into the tank if clogged. I do...

Do you have a clam cradle that a 5-6" clam would fit on? I plan on getting a maxima clam one day. Altho I won't be at swap, I would ask Mike (@Coral reefer ) to pick up for me if available.....

Stunning! I miss my clam after growing beautifully for a few years and then one day not happy, not opening much, and then died! Will try again soon - I think it kept my water very clear! Good luck and glad you are still keeping in touch with us after moving!

@Coral reefer - Mike, I think you said this died, right? @POOLSCAPES , Joe, how is this doing in your tank? The original tongue is doing great and no impact after being cut. I just wanted to update progress before cutting again.

The RSVP function is not totally broken - just partially!! You can't see the check mark when you select an option but it does record your response when you hit Post! Thanks for responding!
