I was pro Fritz salt for years. For the last year of using Fritz (blue box), i started noticing inconsistencies in the salt mix. I finally switched to Reef Crystals and i haven't looked back.

I've been wanting to do something similar. You should look into a breakout box.

Ooohhh man I’m getting excited. Looking for a Flame Prawn Goby to be the first fish in. Here’s an update from tonight. Got the stand in and the control cabinet hooked up. Still need to pick up some velcrowire organizers tomorrow and clean up wiring but it’s coming together quite nicely.

Still haven’t decided on what to do with the fuge yet but I did get some work in on my control cabinet/stand. It’s built... just need to glue my pads down and stain it.

Now officially a supporting member too :-). Got more to add. Last night I added the heater and some nitrifying bacteria. I also made some adjustments to the ATO and tuned the ball valve a little more to make quieter. Plenty to work on still while we cycle. Right now I’m in the planning...
