Not sure... but is my anemone splitting? (Do they even split?)

What Ender said. Although the rocks from BRS is listed as dry, there's usually some dead stuff in it that will cause another cycle if thrown in the tank. Best to just let it cure in another tank temporarily

Ive been there a couple of times before. They have a big selection of fishes, but lacks a little in the coral department.

Nav mentioned that the impeller wouldn't move without an assisted push. If it is able to move once force was applied to it, things in or around the impeller shaft should have cleared away or at least broken free, thereby eliminating the problem for future. But if it still requires an assisted...

I don't think it has anything to do with the impeller that's causing it to stop. I think the issue has to do with the pump internals specifically the motor. Magnets rarely go wrong. I would just replace and probably use the chance to upgrade the pump if not the whole skimmer itself

I think you should run a reactor. In AIO, space is vital and can be used for other things. A fuge simply takes up too much room. That is unless you prefer the natural way of nutrient export. Plus one good thing about having a reactor is that you can easily increase media to handle different...
