Thanks, Bruce. Yea, I wondered if they'd ever sample the acans (a risk I was willing to take), but never have. Some have had them for years with no harm to corals, some sample LPS often. You know what they say, everything's reef-safe... until it isn't.

Sometimes they have a particular desirable fish on sale for really cheap during holiday sales (e.g. Purple Tang, Sunburst Anthias, etc.) have you heard if there's a particular fish that's crazy cheap this time?

I bought 3/4” Blue & 1” Red pvc pipe at Neptune’s about two weeks ago, so I’d say it’s a safe bet they still have it in-stock; not sure they have colored fittings though.

I too dig the way filefish move/buzz around and encourage you to get one. I got this guy (as I’m sure you can tell, I’m a pro photographer) a week ago from Ed @ClearWaterAquarium and am enjoying him greatly (when I can see him). He blends in so much, I’ll scower the tank looking for him only...
