Just started up my spetrapure dual reactor. The flow is individually adjustable. I understand that the flow through the gfo should allow the surface to just barely tumble. How much flow should the carbon have? The carbon flow comes from the top, GFO from the bottom.

OK, I think I got it. How about salinity probes and the others. Any feedback on the neccesity or accuracy of the other probes? I know PH is huge for obvious reasons, but with a controller and network interface, it would be nice to see different parameters from vacation. Which are recommended?

My concern is only for the health of my inhabitants. I finished the new plumbing 15 minutes ago but I'm not sure how long to wait. The old system is still in place, I can wait as long as I need to.
