In my nano tank I added a little sodium bicarbonate to the top off water in an effort to raise the alk. Unfortunately all I got was a white cloud when the water hit the tank and what's left is white residue over ~80% of the glass. Has this happened to anyone and is there an easier way to clean...

Glad to see they've acclimated- the blenny won't be shy once he settles in, he was always out and about after an adjustment period.
