Kalk out, CO2 scrubber back in (and question on humidity)

I have seen various commentary from you but curious how you are going about this? Would love to do the same but I think without running a hose to the outside to the skimmer I can’t can’t get above 8.1 without assistance of kalk, soda lime, or sodium (bi) carbonate..

Kalk out, CO2 scrubber back in (and question on humidity)

Interesting.. I was going to simply take a t and have it face down back into the sump to drain the condensation.. or into the waste receptacle for the trident -it’s just moisture -

Kalk out, CO2 scrubber back in (and question on humidity)

And the blenny makes a break for it -

] The overflow does not has a cover but there is a tight lid though., but surprised. Better to land in sump -can’t get it from overflow given the cabinet build

Kalk out, CO2 scrubber back in (and question on humidity)

Kalk is out due mostly to the fact that the amount of kalk needed to have an impact was exceeding the evaporation rate and was really problematic keeping it from getting into the hyposalinity state. So for the simple reason of never letting go of things-the CO2 scrubber is back in action. I...

And the blenny makes a break for it -

Earlier this week I thought the Molly miller blenny bit the dust. Very surprised last night when I went to clean out the protein skimmer it was swimming around the sump. Managed to get it back in the DT and hopefully it learned its lesson..
