@kinetic Flatworm Exit won't do anything for AEFW. And nothing works on eggs. But, what does work is a dip using melafix. Great for knocking off bugs and other things too. The coral QT setup I've envisioned but yet to get time to do is a 20 long with a drain at bottom... keep the tank...

Nope. They won't. A lot depends on the skeleton to be reformed. Now is the BOD funds me, i can see if I can reproduce my experiment for true babies... :D. Actually, next time i find a reasonably priced scoly, I'm planning on repeating my experiment.

@thesassyindian -- sorry, Yash... despite all the efforts, the torch didn't make it. :( Frankly, I'm pretty surprised as it was looking great coming out of my hospital setup with a full course of antibiotics. Never would have expected the sand underneath, and it having such a big impact...

interesting... my Simplicity 240 is pretty constant and quiet. I replaced my vertex with a sicce SDC skimmer pump (DC)... and it's been amazing. well worth the effort.

Get a DC skimmer. You can then dial it up or down as needed.

@thesassyindian I just went to check up on the torch thinking it was ready to go home to you... unfortunately, i found the torch had shrunk a lot. Basically, the flesh of the polyp was trying to move away from the center. After looking more closely, there looks to be a lot of sand inside...
