Thanks! I’ve been wanting a longer tank for so long now and I was able to remove a lot of “pest” corals that I no longer desire so this is beyond amazing for me.

Lol! I definitely could pad the wallet a bit more after this one……

I finally finished the transfers! Whew ……was that fun/stressful. Had some power issues in the garage that exacerbated my bandwidth at times but in the end everything is done with only 2 small frags lost so I’m calling it a win. I’m super excited to finally have room for more sps! @jhuynh I may...

My fiancé said the same thing which is why I was able to have it lol. But yea overall it’s a very clean setup that looks different than most standard stands.

That makes sense, luckily I have 30 tds coming in so that’s probably why I’ve been fortunate enough for this solenoid to last so long. Now I think I’ll move it to after the sediment so thanks for that thought!

The default open is an easy fix with a shut off at the end, just don’t forget to close it when not in use For my purposes I use this thing to fill up water into many different containers so I would need to install a float valve on every single container I tend to fill which isn’t in the cards...

For reference I’ve used this thing as a workhorse for almost 3 years now and it’s never skipped a beat, only downside is of the power goes on/off it defaults to open so always have the end line closed if not in use

Oh I’m a big fan of the “marriage saver” lol. Literally the best thing under 100$ in reefing imo

True but I’m pretty sure this is the last one for this house as we will probably be moving in a year or 2 into a place we own…..hopefully

Ok so the garage tank officially finished it’s last batch of ammonia yesterday and I decided it was time to cram the whole 75 into there. Everything seems to have gone well and man is it cramped in the garage holding tank but if all goes well I should be able to complete the transfer back into...

    Jebao mlw series wavemakers

I loved the slw and they are indeed a copy of the Nero. Probably come off the same assembly line and the only difference I have found lies in the controller. With the “real” one the controller lets you ramp the pump down way way lower than the jebao controller but other than that same flow...

Made a little more progress. Now I can power up the apex and deal with resetting it since it’s used.

Almost finished! Just need to figure out the UV mounting and build a platform for the GHL gear. It will be so nice to not have a built out reef on the sides and have everything contained underneath.
