Anything seems doable with an appropriate water change % and schedule. If you hate water changes, it may get tough long term. I think some folks here have used tropic marin salts with carbon sources built in to help with nutrients.

If it has only been a week, I would give it a little more time. I imagine a quarantine tank has lower flow than a display and the fish just needs some time to build that muscle back up. Really cool fish.

Never used Orphek but I am sure they are great. I added two Quanta bars to sandwich radions. I like them. Cheaper than others and no app to fuss with. Set the manual dimmer switch, add a timer at the plug and done. The Clevin 3d printed mounts are great. Snapped into the radion light rail easily.
