Mighty magnets can help with cleaning the glass greatly. Maybe consider lowering the fish bioload too. Then the maintenance gets alot easier

One thing that might be an issue with potluck is the garbage after. This venue is a vacant office building so I don't know what the situation would be. Anyways we would need Josh and the BOD to chime in on my ideas before we get to excited.

Since it's October, should we make it a Halloween event? We can have costumes and give out candy to the kids that attend. Would people dress up? Also if it's a small group I used to have potluck at BAR events. Just my thoughts.
