I have small patches of GHA growing in the crevices of my rocks. I can't get at it with a toothbrush and I can pinch it out if it's long enough but I can't get to all of it. Does anyone have any suggestions for removing these?

This is my Red Sea Reefer 250. It's about a year old. For a few months all my fish died and I went fishless and after that for many months nothing grew. But things are finally kind of growing... I still have no idea what I'm doing though. :)
