My daughter’s macbook stopped working; keyboard shows lights and when I try to do the recovery sequence, screen is dead black. Sometimes when the backlight is out, one can see the image, meaning is the backlight. In this case no image at all.
There’s a sound when I try to do the Command+R or press power for X amount of time.
Does anyone have a place that’s affordable VS apple store to have the laptop looked at/repaired?
The computer is about 4 years of age
