Aquarium Schedule Template?

Hi all,

Does anyone have a template they use to schedule their aquarium maintenance? I have a horrible memory and it really got to me this morning. I was halfway out of my complex when I realized I may not have refilled the topoff container. Not wanting to risk burning the house down, I raced back and fortunately, it was about 1/3 full.

I would like to hang a laminated page in the hallway of all the scheduled things I need to do for the aquarium. This way, it's in my face every time I go downstairs. Here's a list of the regularly recurring items I plan on tracking, but please let me know if more items should be listed. If you have a template already, please share it!

- Refill topoff tank
- Water change
- Make RODI water
- Feed tank
- Change bulbs
- Drain skimmate cup
- Order salt
- Order food

Thanks all,
Mike

filter media - carbon and GFO
2-part
change filter socks
clean pumps/powerheads

I input aquarium stuff in my Yahoo calendar. I can give myself reminders. I also jot down when I got fish, coral, my test results, etc. Some folks keep a diary/calendar beside the tank.

PS - I check things at night before bed. I avoid doing anything in the tank before having to leave the house (eg. going to work). I do things in a rush, and I just do something stupid - always.

That's a thought too. But believe it or not, I'm the type that will forget to flip the page to the next month :P. I might look into one of those larger, laminated calendars and see if my wife will let me put it on the wall.

Ah, cleaning equipment is definitely one I need to put down. Literally everything in my tank is used, I really don't know exactly how old they are.
