High Tide Aquatics

Ashburn’s RSR170 build

Skimmer dialed in, I had to hack it so it won’t go crazy with foams, and ofc hook it up to co2 scrubber.

finally got a used trident that actually works! the bad sample tube in the beginning had me panicked that I'm in the same limbo with the new one i bought few months ago. but it worked at the end after few priming and swearing. next up, cable management and adding 2part dosing online.

These mini fridges work extremely well but I found that they don't last very long. I usually have to replace mine every 1-1.5yrs as it stops working.

His is in the garage though. I thought these fridges could only cool 30-40F from ambient.

all frags are mounted on the rocks and frag racks are out of tank, now the recovering period starts. and i need to vaccum the floor of the tank so it looks less messy.

I have an extra skimmer cup for this hang on filter that might fit yours. A few extra parts as well. If they fit and you want them, drop by sometime and grab them.

Added fans on the side, waiting in the screens to come in so I can coverup my ugly cutout job

Skimmer collection cup is connected to outside drain bucket along with trident drain.

Real cable management for the first time to hide the wires to the top. Will tackle the pump wires when everything settles. ( in another word, maybe never)
