auto pilot, yes but tank maintenance is still there, also prune corals.. kill pests etc, and would like to see some water/electric saving by shutting off those frag tanks. The reason for abandoning the frag tank, I thought your system is on auto pilot already.
Did you get put on time of use as well? I know I’m rethinking my tanks due to the increase in my rates.auto pilot, yes but tank maintenance is still there, also prune corals.. kill pests etc, and would like to see some water/electric saving by shutting off those frag tanks.

Same, switched lighting a bit, changed fuge times but there’s only so much you can do. I’m terrified of the winter once the heaters actually have to kick on, the 150 nem tank may be in the chopping blockyes, i tried to use my lights off peak hours and it's still a lot.
Isn’t it better to get the Honda 2000/2200 generator, a used one is around the same price range? And their noise level are quiet too.On another note, my new battery ( Anker Powerhouse II 800) came in rescue for the last few black out days, and it can run my pump straight for 24 hours. comparing to gas generators, it's quiet, and works right away.
