BAR Forum link incorect

Web master(s), the link to the "BAR forum" from the BAR website (http://www.bareefers.org/) is incorrect. It points to "http://www.bareefers.org/#" instead of "http://www.bareefers.org/discussion".

Pretty much our avatars and gallery need a bit of tweaking.

The configuration info relating to those still reflect the previous hosting setup.

We'll get those fixed as soon as we know how not to screw things up.

I just reloaded a pic for mine.
