Board of Directors Meeting - Sept. 8, 1:00pm

BAR Board of Directors meeting will be held at 1:00pm this Saturday, 9/8/07, at ASAP.

BOD meetings are open to the general membership.

Discussion topics for this BOD meeting will include:

- BAR/BAReefers and BAR/RC forums
- Public communications
- Frag swap purpose, formats, and policies
- DBTC and Propagation - purpose, formats, and policies
- Resource allocations relative to mission
- BAR club size, scope, mission
- Code of conduct
- Non-member postings
- Elections
- Tracking and organizing supplies

No corals, no raffles, no beer... just a working meeting for club organizing

I'll see about scrounging up some food. I guess we don't need any people passing out during the meeting.

Go to the place next to the Quick stop and Liquor store on Whipple on your way in. That's where I got mine last time and where ASAP usually goes. Cheap, good, and nice people. They gave me a bunch of free soda when I got those pies for the swap

I'll be in Berkeley at noon for a haircut. I'll try to stop by on my way home and watch you all hash it out
