Been in the hobby about 5 years off and on and life happened. ( kinda nervous even posting this ) . The last running tank I had was in 2013 (BIG FAIL). I feel like a NOOB all over again. It's insane how much the hobby changed and what I have forgotten. Youtube, forums, Facebook, and Instagram researching all over again.. AWWWWW :mad::mad:. Well, here we goo_O. I have the wife's permission and I'm going all out with bells and whistles. looking for all the help and advice I can get. please forgive me with the silly questions I might ask. very excited to start my dream build.....

It seems it's going to be ruff already don't have an LFS they shout down, all of the hobbyist I have grown to know, is not in the hobby, COVID-19, inventory. websites I used are no longer. OMG. LOL it's going to be an adventure. looking forward and getting to know you guys/gals..

Welcome back to this roller coaster ride. If I had to pick one video series to get you up to 2020 speed(so much easier nowadays) I would work my way through the 52weeks of reefing video series by Bulk Reef Supply. It’s basically an A-Z on reefing with all the new things that have been implemented over the years.

First dilemma,
Trying to hard plumb a clarisea sk-5000 to my main drain. having a difficult time finding fittings.

What city are you in? Did you say Tracy?
Because if you’re having trouble plumbing the new tank, @Coral reefer is a master with PVC. ( not sure if he gets out that far though) . Maybe he’ll chime in.
As far as what i’m seeing in your pics, It looks like you’ve got a great handle on the build. I love your water change station! Super smart move on your part to get that out of the way now.

Yes, I stay in Tracy, I would love for someone to assist because honestly, I am racking my head about this... losing sleep lol.. I have an idea of what I want it to be with manifold and all, but don't know how Im going to get there... so if @Coral reefer is available I'm great at buying Starbucks, beer. candy lol whatever he likes to help me with this problem...
I have so many questions.
