Dying acan?

I found this acan on Craigslist.. And thought it was a good deal.. except it was black on top and I think it is dying. Well it was flat when I got it and now its puffing up. Also the dark green is seeming to fade away for a more neon and orange color.. Is it recovering? Should I dip it Iodine? I am feeding it brine shrimp water as per the last owners instructions.. but i dont even trust that anymore.. Any comments? I have attached a picture.

If your tank conditions are good - it'll recover. If you see tentacles at night - it's a good sign.

x2 spot feeding and dimmer lighting and it should pull through.

I feed my Acanthastreas mysis shrimp. They seem to like it, and I think it has more nutritional value.
