Not sure what exactly happened, but does it really matter; what's done is done!
EB832 not switching on/off. Indicator lights work, but no output on plugs.
Simple search found a fix and YouTube video about replacement of a 12v power supply....that's all fine and dandy but AliExpress shipping shows the $2.15 part about a month out....so I bought four.
And in the meantime, I also purchased one from amazon that might get here before Friday (for the same cost as 4 from China).
Then I have to desolder/resolder it into the board, which for me is not a problem I have been hacking electronics for years. I have a great solder/desolder workstation at my job, but I'm off work friday! I guess I will just have to bring the solder station home with me.
So now I have to *MANUALLY* turn on and off my wavemaker, circulation pumps, and skimmer when feeding. Life sucks sometimes.
It's not really all that bad, but damn automation has really made me lazy which explains why I'm fat. That is my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
