forum error?

i didn't see a section to talk about the forum and it's features, or how to contact a site mod or admin.
my apologies if this doesn't belong here.

i just received an email from the forum, telling me that someone sent me a message. when i click on the link in that email, i get redirected and see an error

is that normal?
