Frag rack - CNC

I was playing with my CNC and started to try to do frag rack.
This one is a 12”x12”. Waiting for the acrylic cylinder to do the legs .

I use a 1/16 upcut bit. Cut outside perimeter to get rounded corner.
For the circle I clear out the pocket ( remove all material )
If I were to cut around the circle and pop it will move around and potentially break the bit. $40 a bit I don’t want to break it :)

I just did an other one 11.5/11.5 for 1” frag plug.
Using this time a 1/4” thick acrylic sheet so it won’t bend at all
And I made the all a bit smaller so the plug don’t wiggle

Final product would go for $60 each. Material + CNC time . Difference is this is made out of 1/4” cast acrylic , so very strong . You can add weight it won’t bend at all. Also the hole is a better size for the plug , better fit. So it’s doesn’t move everywhere with the current, which happens a lot with egg crate, it’s held in place .
