Fuge or inline frag tank?

Im going to be redoing our sump setup and currently debating between keeping our fuge or just switching it to a inline frag tank. I know the fuge helps lower nutrients due to the cheato growth, but i hope to counter that with an inline water changing system to do 10% water changes every week rather than our bimonthly 30 gallon water changes. Do you think ditching the fuge is a good idea? if i do convert it to an inline frag tank the lighting would remain the same (two 39w 11k T5 HO), would that even be enough to support coral growth? A seperate frag tank is out of the questiion now that PG&E bill is catching up to me..

its about 20 gallons....roughly 10% of the tanks total volume..
