Glass window at hospital

Can’t help but the hospital is use this low ion 3/4 glass for a frosted window. Such a waste

are you sure it's low iron? maybe the frosted nature of the glass is reflecting the white in the horizontal plane as well making it look less green

You must be bored to look that intensely at it

But what I see in that last photo is a very dark center, with lighter (whiter) sandwiched on either side making me think yes in fact it looks that way because of the frosting. But maybe one of the glass experts can chime in to help your boredom I'd be willing to bet that the glass is tempered though, not sure if that changes the edge view of glass.

Thanks to this hobby that I get picky on what glass to have for my tank. Came from a long time regular glass to current low ion tank and there’s no going back.

Probably UV coated, frosted, and tempered safety glass, so already expensive. Might as well use low iron.

Thanks to this hobby that I get picky on what glass to have for my tank. Came from a long time regular glass to current low ion tank and there’s no going back.

I get it, wasn't too long after I started the hobby where I literally started seeing the tank potential in anything that could possible hold water.
