Got glue on it

so I was mounting a frag of digitata earlier tonight -I accidently got some superglue smeared on small areas of the frag (clumsy me). Will these spots just die? Or will tissue grow over these small areas?

I believe the answers are, yes and yes. At least the SPS frags I got which are mounted with glue initially die back at the glued spot, but then grow back and over the glue.
