Hanna phosphate checker light high error

Does anyone get the LHi (light high check cuvette) error when zeroing the meter? Mine seems to do this often when zeroing with the unreacted sample.

I have the alk and ca kits and they never generate these errors when I zero them. I find if I put the meter in a shaded area rather than under the bright lights shining over the table it will zero with issues. Wonder if its just that much more sensitive that the other kits.

Does it close all the way? Might be some crud in the bottom or around the cap.

It sometimes doesn't snap shut as firmly as the other testers do so perhaps it just has a bum top.
