how to post your profile avitar?

hello everybody i was wondering how to put my avatar and i already tried photobucket and imageshack and nothing seems to work, so im wondering if anybody can help me out...

If I recall the last time I messed with them they have to be no bigger than 100 x 100 pixels or something like that.

[/quote]One of those websites should have a "size for Avatar" button in the editing section
