I just bought a used glass 75 gallon tank. It is covered in coraline. Is there a safe chemical or way to clean it up without scratching up the glass?

lay it on a side, pour some vinegar on the side and let it sit. Its not a quick process but it's relatively painfree, then flip to another side and do the same, you don't need much to start to break it down.

After that, let the scrapings dry. Sprinkle it over your rice with sesame seeds and chili powder :D
