Thomas. You best bet is a mini split. The one I installed is a 120v and can be run off of a 15amp breaker. Which is extremely common. It pulls 350 watts on full tilt.

I had golden bear out of SJ do my heat pump and full ductwork as my house had only wall heaters, very happy. It’s been 2 years and no issues, great commutation.
