anyone have short problems? where they start but wont turn over? (the bulbs).. is it becuase i need to change one out?

Are you sure it is the ballast and not the endcap?

Yeah, what Bryan said, there's probably a short somewhere, or a cracked/bad bulb, IceCaps are super reliable.

so start with the bulbs.. ? there is one bulb that flikers... anywone know where i can find endcaps and bulbs around here?

Does the bulb flicker then turn off? That's not a good sign.
