Men just dont get it, I recieved a makita drill for my birthday. When I asked Jim if that was all he said of course not, he gotten me extra baterries and a really nice carrier for it all. :

90% of the time, I use an 8" chef's knife

I wouldn't mind getting some knife's from Carter (http://cartercutlery.com/kitchencutlery.cfm) but they are a bit pricey. Inlaws have a few for the kitchen and brother in law has a few in his collection. Extremely nice knives.
