Wife finally got her wish to get an iPod to listen to music... not because I wanted to get her one (I'm too cheap to spend that kind of money) however my cousin sold her an older one she had lost/sitting/around/whatever, for about $25 (can't beat that price!).
Anyways, she was told when she downloaded iTunes and "synced" it everything on it would be lost, now while most of the songs are not her thing, a few are, and some of the apps on it are nice as well, so she wants me to figure out how to save them and put them back on later
So who can help walk me through it? I figure I need to jailbreak it (which is perfectly legal, thanks SCOTUS!), but then what? Me just plugging into the USB port on my computer doesn't show up as an external drive or anything, I'm guessing I need a secondary program to see it? Oh it's a 2nd generation iPod Touch (quite nifty in fact, I wouldn't pay $300 for one though!)
