Is there an outdoor usage for old dirty sand?

Don't want to make it something my kid can play in because it's quite honestly gross, but is this something you can mix in with soil and well do anything useful as a result of mixing it? This isn't silica base sand it's aragonite, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone as it had tons of aiptasia in it... just trying to see if there's a use other than the garbage can... and it's kind of stinking up pretty good downstairs and I really want to get the stink out

some soils wouldn’t mind it I’m sure. Depends what is going in the soil tho I would think

I actually need some sand to cover up our septic tank lids.
